What services are included in the sale price?
The price already includes shipping insurance, a 1-year warranty, and unlimited technical support. Additionally, we have covered the 5%–20% sales tax on your behalf—no extra tax will be charged at checkout.
Will there be safety risks with the battery?
Our batteries come with UL/CE certifications, so you can use them safely every day. Just remember to keep them away from open flames or dangerous areas. What’s more, all car batteries and accessories have an IPX6 waterproof rating—they work fine in the rain—but for safety, it’s better to avoid using them when it rains.
How to Remove Speed Restrictions？
Beneath the S20 seat, you will find two interconnected white cables. Simply disconnect these cables to disable the speed limiter. To restore the 25 km/h speed limit function, reconnect the cables.
Dolneed to assemble the bike?
90% of the bike is pre-assembled. You only need three steps to start using it: tighten the wheel bolts, install the seat, and attach a few small components—then you’re ready to ride.
What’s the battery life, and how long does it take to fully charge? Can I replace the battery?
Range on a full charge is 40-65 miles (actual mileage varies depending on riding mode, terrain, and load). Charging with the included charger takes 4-6 hours. The battery is removable—you can take it out to charge indoors (no need to move the entire bike) and swap it with a compatible spare battery (sold separately) for extended rides.
